Thank you to my favorite northern-Minnesota arts writer, John Lamb, for his feature on my exhibition at the Historic and Cultural Society of Clay County (now - September). John has written about my work for a decade and I’m grateful for his efforts!

Returning the touring exhibition back to its home where it began has been fulfilling for me. Fargo is where I had my first gallery show. He’s bought my work, too… although we had to drive across the border to Minnesota since I didn’t have a sales tax license in Fargo to make the sale legit.

This oil painting by Dan Jones hangs in my studio and reminds me of my roots. It features an Ecce Gallery show (my first solo commercial gallery exhibition) with many familiar figures: John Lamb, included.
