Each 4 × 5 inch print was created in Badwater Basin in Death Valley National Park, the lowest point in North America, elevation 282 feet below sea level. The site-specific work by R. J. Kern was created on March 1-2, 2026 during a superbloom, considered by scientists as a "once-in-a-decade" event. Each unique print will be presented in an artist book folio.
